Sleep Inn Hardeeville - I-95

Was able to get a room last minute. No issues. Staff was friendly professional and efficient.

The bed and bedding was nice. The bed was so much more comfortable then what I was expecting. The bedding was so crystal clean.

The staff could have been a lot friendlier. It felt we were interrupting her when we arrived. She literally sighed. You couldn't even hear what she was saying because she talked so low and if you asked her to repeat. She rolled her eyes. The next morning at breakfast the waffle batter was out and the bar had 2 pieces off sausage on it. It was 8:42AM. When i informed this same lady that the waffle batter was out. She said.." well breakfast is over at 9." The last time I checked 8:42 isn't 9. If you aren't going to serve up until 9, then you should say 8 or whatever. The room was clean but the corners could have been better cleaned. Understandably the hotel is old and seriously if it was for the way the staff acted.. All the scores would have been better

It's a shame that the reviews were so bad for this property...of course, I hadn't checked them until AFTER I had reserved...but the reviews had made me somewhat nervous. I was relieved to find a room that was a little dated, but overall clean. Carpet stains were a bit of a turnoff, would be nice if the carpets were cleaner.

Great place to stay w pets, and breakfast was comprehensive .

The staff was excellent Ms Vicki and the first shift front desk agent was excellent, the front desk agent that worked the third shift was horrible. Horrible attitude!

i reserved four rooms and all of the rooms was messed up the first one was molded the second one had roaches the third one the tub/shower didnt work and no shower curtain and the fourth one had dirty comforter n sheets no shower curtaina nd the toilet was not tight to the floor it was lopsided and very wobbly. Once we told her about the rooms she did apologize and switched the rooms. The breakfast would have been good but but they only put out two pieces of bread at a time four round sausages and the waffle mix is half full. If you need a really cheap hotel for you and your family it is that but ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

The property is very bad , cockroach and the room where smelling very bad

There was too much black mold in the bathroom. Pieces of mold coming from the ice maker. I let the front desk know, she marked it down but didn't say anything to me about it. No apology. Not a $100+ hotel stay for sure
