"A good room, spoiled by guests with noisy dogs!"

The room was a good size, with a nice comfy bed, good bathroom. Staff on the front desk helpful.

The number of guests with dogs in the hotel is a nuisance. Lying in my bed until the early hours listening to dogs barking is not what I expected to have to put up with and certainly not what I had paid for. If you are going to accommodate guests with dogs, why not put them all in a specific part of the hotel and have extra sound proofing fitted to those rooms. The room could also do with a comfy chair, rather than the hard plastic one.

Very nice staff, clean interior

You say 'dog friendly', yet there is no clear 'pet' area'. a little carpet would be nice but I know it's not your thing
