Kind staff. Great location. Very good pancakes in the breakfast.

Did not have the best experience with the cleaning as we saw some dirt in the bathtub. We assumed that it was left over water after the mopping which was dumped. However, staff was very understanding and made it cleaned immediately after. Air conditioning was super loud. Not possible to turn it off completely as it was super cold.

"Muy buen alojamiento en las cercanías de Philadelphia"

Habitación confortable aunque un poco pequeña para alojar a 4 personas. Instalaciones limpias y cómodas. Desayuno incluido con café, jugo, tostadas, miel, manteca, huevos revueltos, hamburguesas.

唯一喜歡的一點 淋浴間有兩個蓮蓬頭 這對外面冰天雪地十分寒冷的旅客 特別加分 雖然水量不大 但兩個蓮蓬頭可以確保足夠的溫暖

我是Holiday INN的會員多年, 由於工作問題, 在深夜裡臨時訂了住宿, check in時 櫃台讓我等了近20分鐘, 已經是深夜了 並沒有其他的旅客, 工作完畢 又累又冷 還得等待, 服務品質有待改進, 住宿房間後 發現沒有微波爐, HOLIDAY這個等級的旅店, 竟然連這種最基礎的配備都沒有, 導致無法泡麵, 房間的尺寸也是我見過最小的Holiday Inn, 洗手間的門老舊卡住 開關都造成巨大的響聲 特別是在深夜裡 不知道會不會吵到隔壁房, 淋浴是給殘障人士的 沒有浴缸 淋浴時水往外噴灑 除了浴室的地板溼了外 水還流到房間裡去 造成清潔的困擾......一向以來堅信HOLIDAY INN的品質保證 故在"深夜裡"毅然決然地選擇了它, 沒想到讓我感到非常的失望...
