Radisson Blu Hotel, Leeds City Centre

There was a column in the centre of my room, which made the room cramped. Shower but no bath. And I waited 10 minutes to check in because their checkin system is so slow, and there were only 2 staff on duty at 3pm which is when checkin opens, so it's when a lot of people want to check in

Polite check in with usual upselling. Room was an odd shape in a location which meant windows couldn’t be opened. It was horribly stuffy, glitter and someone else’s finger nail on the floor, bulbs out above the bed, broken desk light and shower. The wait between being able to flush the toilet a second time was really crazy.

Nice hotel in good location. Rooms are clean but some dated marks on the walls and furniture in our allocated room.

Nice hotel located in city centre. Close by to amenities and shops. A little bit dated inside.

Easy to get to, central and overall nice hotel

Lovely front of house staff with good knowledge of the area. Room very spacious and bright. Wee downsides were the shower that probably needs a service and the bathroom that would do with a deep clean.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. No shampoo in the bathroom and the tv technology (‘play your own content’) wasn’t working. Otherwise all good.

My booking was cancelled and made a reservation in other hotel which is 5 minutes walk. Had to walk in the night when its freezing

I checked in on line to save myself queuing. Well that didn’t work. Still had to queue. Long queue. Only 2 people on desk. 30 minutes in that. Got a free drink voucher. But still. That was not a good start. Superior room. Tiles in bathroom sone were damaged. Just looked dated and tired. Breakfast was awful. The mushrooms I had one and it had that much garlic it burnt my mouth. Really disappointed. Was meant to be a birthday treat for my partner. I felt so disappointed. Embarrassed I had got him that as part of his birthday. What’s happened? You used to be so good!! Won’t stay again.
