Outdated furniture and carpet. No safe in room Didn’t change my bedding in 4 nights Door lock gets stuck, it takes 4-5 tries to open door Mattress is curved and not comfortable. Woke up with back pain every morning. Gym is way too small

Location and rooms were comfy, plus towels were a good quality.

Not really, but preferably to have a kettle where I could boil hot water and also complimentary drinking water

Clean room, spacious bed, nice balcony. The room was stocked with adequate amount of towels and toiletries.

Check in was at 3 and when we arrived at 5 the room was still not ready. We had to find "something to do" to keep us occupied until the room was available. The staff said they would call me when the room was available and did not do so. I had to call three times to get someone to actually answer me about being able to check in, and that was after almost two hours of waiting. When we were finally able to check in, the room was nice and clean, however there was no trash can liners in the trash cans. There was also no instructions on check out. I had to call the desk to confirm if there was anything special we needed to do.
