The breakfast was horrible. The facility was too nasty to eat in.

I didn't like anything about this facility. It was very nasty and looked like it should have been condemned.

Once I was able to obtain fresh sheets, the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal for my trip and made getting to and from my event quick and convenient.

I booked this hotel for a three-night stay while visiting Philadelphia for a weekend event, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I arrived around 2:00 a.m. and immediately noticed that both front entrance doors were propped open. The front desk clerk was unfriendly, and when I corrected a misunderstanding regarding my reservation, she became defensive and somewhat combative rather than helping resolve the issue. The overall appearance of the hotel was rundown, dirty, and accompanied by an unpleasant odor throughout the property. Upon entering my room, I was immediately hit with a strong foul smell and noticed the floor was sticky before I even turned on the lights. Once I could see the room clearly, the cleanliness issues became even more apparent. The walls and bathroom door had visible stains that looked like food, grease, or some other substance. The microwave was dirty, and there was visible dirt and debris on the floor, making it seem as though it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Although the bed appeared to be made, a closer inspection revealed stains on the pillowcases and multiple hairs throughout the bedding. The bathroom was also unsanitary, with both the inside and outside of the toilet visibly dirty. The condition of the room was so poor that I ended up purchasing my own cleaning supplies and air fresheners from a nearby store just to make the room tolerable enough to sleep in. Fortunately, I spent most of my time away from the hotel and only returned to sleep at night. One of my biggest concerns during my stay was the overall sense of security at the property. The breakfast did not compliment a free breakfast. There was only few pieces of bread pastries, coffee teas with no tea bags, no eggs, no sausage, No bacon oatmeal. The fun desk could not find my reservation.I had to stay up all night and check-in the morning.

The parking lot had what appeared to have drug issues The hotel was filthy and smelled like an ashtray The elevator had food crumbs everywhere The room had random puddles The bathroom was disgusting

It’s nears stores

It was filthy dirty with wholes on the walls, dirty walls as well rooms were not clean floors had dust, crumbs. As well no secured doors anyone could go in and out the hotel don’t need room key. Don’t recommend staying there with children.
