Me and my family booked 2 rooms for 4 days and the first night when me and my family went out we came back to my brothers room unlocked and the lock not working they had to reprogram the door lock. The last day when we were packing and looking around to make sure the kids didn’t put nothing under the beds we happened to left up the mattress and found a used needle. We told front desk which he didnt care. He gave us a card supposedly to call management but when we called it was just the booking number and they redirected us to the hotel which was the same guy at front desk who try to act like he was someone else. We are currently trying to call the health department. Because the number he give us he the one answering so there no where u can really complaint. This is a health hazard and we do t know wat we and are kids were exposed to. Never again will we book with these people.

The shower and location.

I really didn't like it—the bedding was dirty and smelled terrible; there was even hair on the sheets.

Property looks good from the outside however, the stairs and all the isles look and feel deteriorating

need renovations

Location was amazing, we walked to texas roadhouse next door.

I thought there was supposed to be a coffee maker in my room but there wasnt. Thankfully I brought my own keurig so it wasnt a big deal.

Nice area Staff was very nice

Stayed on Friday night, on the 2nd floor, noise all night from upstairs
