Friendly staff, nice complimary snacks, fruit, beverages in the office. Convenient parking. Room with cozy fireplace & rain shower head. Grounds with plants, flowers & bushes well kept. Quiet & also close to the ocean & sights of Pacific Grove & Carmel!

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Booked this hotel through Booking.com. Got charged once by them and once in error by hotel. Still fighting for refund and hotel saying they have refunded money but we never received it. Would not go back for this reason.
