Very convenient location

Hotel is very dirty and outdated! The couch in my room was absolutely disgusting with white stains! There was dirt in corners, floors in bathroom were filthy, hair in sink, my fridge did not seal properly, blinds were sticky and hand prints all over them, no do not disturb sign and so housekeeping came in my room and took my personal towel, which was obvious that it was not theirs (after I asked for no room service), hot tub was sooooooo gross with grime and dirt in the corners and was so hazy that you could not see the bottom, pool was freezing.. this place is likely the very last place I would ever stay again.. I would rather sleep in my car!

We booked the hotel nearest family for Holloween. Check in went smooth and the room was spacious. It was nice to have a comfortable bed and a tub to soak in. Breakfast was wonderful and the desk receptionist very helpful.

Amazing experience! I’m not new to hotel experiences but this was my first time doing everything on my own! Very easy and manageable. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Perfect way and place to have spent our 1 year anniversary!

Very nice staff. Nice room. Clean. The shuttle isn’t running at the time I need it, but the front office staff called a cab for me. I appreciate that.

Where as this property claims to be newly renovated, not all areas were. Breakfast was to be served from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. I was down in the breakfast area at 6:30 and saw no one for 20 minutes and had to leave because my Uber had arrived. And, yeah, I had to call an Uber to deliver me to the airport because even though they claimed to provide airport transportation, it only runs from 8:00-5:00 - won't work if my flight is at 8:45.

I usually book a couple of other hotels in the area but they weren’t available so so booked the Holiday Inn. What a great stay we had. Even better than the other hotels that we usually stay at in the area. The room was great, comfortable sndxwuiet. The breakfast was the best! We’ll definitely stay there again!!

The restaurant JB’s was very expensive and had ran out of many options listed on the menu
