It’s was ok

Thought it was beachfront but wasn’t

The pool but I don’t think it’s being taken care of because all the measurements were off for how deep it was and it was filled to the top which is dangerous.

Hair all over the shower when we checked in, bathtub faucet and shower curtain hanger falling off, bathroom and bedroom dirty upon entering immediately, floors dirty upon check-in, asked for towels and both times they were wet. Housekeeping never came. Heard 2 separate guests at checkout talk about roaches & found a small possible roach in room (if we end up with roaches, I will be speaking with corporate.), hotel smelled like marijuana, balcony door wouldn’t shut, fridge dirty upon check-in, sheets stained, only one elevator worked, most staff not friendly nor able to speak adequate English to assist guests

Waiting for my refund due to the horrible conditions at this location, have stayed there many times in the past, the carpet was soaking wet, the smell was offensive, the outside chairs were filthy and broken, cigarette butts an inch deep, the sheets were brown, immediately went to office staff said they had not had time to clean everything. Front desk said we had to pay for the first night even though we left immediately, verbally agreed to refund the rest, have not received refund nor answered emails through booking.com.

Location is nice….

Long black hair all over the bathroom, (we don’t have black hair) not the cleanest place….

The staff is excellent!! That made our stay even more pleasant! Abe was exceptional in helping us and deserves praise for his efforts! Jennifer was also very personable and friendly we enjoyed her service! In fact everyone was extremely friendly! We are planning another visit with them.

The wifi in room 210 sucks

The bathroom tub drain was not intact and was rusty. Also, the water temp kept fluctuating between warm and really hot.

Only one elevator was working.

Location was very good, room was nice, close to beach.

The property was very rundown and needs some TLC.

Location was great, easy access to all things and very walkable to the wedding venue. Though main beach road doesn't have sidewalks only a bike lane so can feel a little unsafe as cars seem to go kinda fast. The bed and bedding was very comfy! I did like the kitchenette area as well, easy to store snacks/leftover food etc. Simple and easy check in/check out.

My rooms balcony, which overlooked the pool, was caddy corner to another room. When I first came in, I excitedly opened my curtains to find there was someone RIGHT there on their porch. Basically 2 feet away from me. Had to keep everything shut or else that room can see directly into room, just didn't feel private. Never ended up using the balcony, because of this. The upper lock on main door was broken, as was the only lock to the back porch door. Felt slightly unsafe as a solo traveler because of this. The room heavily smelled of bleach on my arrival. The TV was not a smart TV, only basic cable so no ability to stream your own content like Netflix. For the price overall didn't feel like things were in good shape/updated amongst the room, property, amenities. You're mostly paying for the location, If I go back I wouldn't stay again, I would be willing to pay a lil extra for a nicer hotel or lots of my friends found airbnbs close by for slightly more that were vastly better and larger than this hotel.
