Pues la verdad que poca cosa. Hotel de carretera con aparcamiento gratis. El desayuno decente

La atención muy justita, poco agradable. La piscina que se supone que tiene, cerrada, sin ninguna explicación más. Habitaciones sin más. Perros vagabundos pidiendo en el parking y siguiéndonos a las habitaciones.

The A/C was not working in the room.

Beautiful clean room and hot shower. I look forward to whenever this Best Western gets their swimming pool repaired. It’s been closed/awaiting renovation since at least 2020. Easy drive from the Best Western to Canyon de Chelly National Monument.

Das Zimmer wurde tägl. „gereinigt“ und auch die Handtücher gewechselt. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank und TV Gerät im Zimmer. Es gibt 24/7 Kaffee und heißes Wasser am Empfang. Pos. zu erwähnen währe noch, das es während unseres Aufenthaltes ziemlich ruhig war, lediglich das Wasser hört man, wenn im Zimmer darüber geduscht wird. Das Wifi ist relativ schnell.

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel gehalten, man kommt sich fast vor wie in einer Höhle. Warum dunkle Möbel und dunkel gestrichene Wände, wenn das Fenster eh schon klein ist? Währen unseres Aufenthaltes wurden zwar tägl. die Handtücher gewechselt, aber nicht einmal hat man es geschafft, die Staubschicht hinter dem Fernseher zu beseitigen. Auf einem Foto auf booking.com ist ein Essenraum zu sehen, nur dass überhaupt kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Das ist irreführend. Der Indoor Pool war ebenfalls geschlossen 😕 Im TV gibt es nur 4 oder 5 Sender. Auf unserer bisherigen USA Reise, war dies das schlechteste Motel, auch das schlechteste BestWestern Motel was ich bei meinen 7 USA Reisen bisher erlebt habe. Wir würden definitiv nicht nochmal dort übernachten. Der ganze Motelkomplex bräuchte mal eine grundlegende Renovierung.

Great staff but the AC/heating unit in our room was extremely loud - came on with a boom, then ran for a few minutes, then off, then a few minutes later back on with a boom. Other than that, a great stay. Stayed in a different room last spring and had a 100% great stay.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was good - diner type food - and service there was great too. The staff at the hotel were very helpful when we needed a couple of things and we were able to park our cargo trailer without issue.

Located as you arrive in Chinle. There are lots of dining choices. The restaurant on site was great. We shared a double Navajo burger on fry bread. Room was spacious & comfortable.

It's Chinle, so don't expect big city luxury. But these folks do a good job.

Stayed 2 nights to tour the Canyon. Room was fine, but pricy considering no breakfast included. But not many options in the area. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Weird sheet on both beds, though…kind of stiff and crinkly/noisy. Not a big deal, but weird. Parking very convenient, right by the door to our room. Valve/handle on shower was very hard to turn.

I didn't stay there because I didn't find out until I arrived that the pool was unavailable. That's not on the hotels.com site, and there was no warning in the booking confirmation either. The desk clerk was very helpful and didn't charge a cancellation fee -- it wasn't the clerk's fault, after all -- but this is not a way to do business.
