The patio doors would not lock plus the TV is hung too high. It gives you a pain in the neck.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! We found it to be an old, poorly maintained, rundown place that represents the worst of mass tourism. Our room had numerous problems, and staff claimed that they would get them resolved by maintenance or, if necessary, move us to a different room. Instead, they did neither. Finally, one helpful staff member at the front desk took action and moved us to another room in the middle of the night on our last night. I feel sorry for this person who tried to do the right thing in what must be a toxic environment... The following morning, her colleague rudely tried to force us out of the hotel without giving us the little extra time (45 minutes) which we needed in the circumstances to pack up our things. One more point: the hotel claims to offer a room service breakfast. The reality of this so-called breakfast was laughable - tiny store bought yogurts (containing gelatin) and other cheap grocery-store fare - served by poorly trained staff who made a huge amount of noise, pounding on the doors of hotel guests in the early morning and quite literally shouting at people to answer. I have never seen anything like this at any hotel, anywhere. Sleeping through this was impossible. I sincerely wish I had read the negative reviews of this hotel before I booked a stay for a special occasion. Everything was wonderful about our trip except this awful hotel. The issues that other commentators have flagged (I now see) were confirmed by our experience. They were right! Find a better place - you deserve it!

Location, friendly staff

It was cold in the hotel. Doors were left open during the day at each end of the hallway. There does not appear to be to be any heat in the rooms other than a fireplace and no ac, ceiling fan only
