el desayuno bien, la atención del personal muy bien en terminos generales el hotel muy limpio

varias cosas, el AC funcionaba muy en el limite, se que es una cd calurosa pero eso lo deben tener en cuenta, se fue el agua cuando estaba en media ducha y enjabonado, tuve que enjuagarme con botellas de agua además de que no había agua caliente y las sabanas tenían un olor a humedad. El personal solo respondió con evasivas y que estaban trabajando en ello. creo que cuando sucede una contingencia tiene que hacer un manejo de crisis mas efectivo. No creo que los recomendaría o me volvería a quedar en el hotel

La cama mas cómoda en la que he dormido jamás, el blackout de la ventana como se agradece y esas almohadas son realmente increíbles, es un hotel de completo descanso y el desayuno que va incluido en el precio de la habitación es muy variado y todo muy rico. Definitivamente vuelvo.

No había agua caliente en el baño, pero es Hermosillo siempre hace calor. Lo único que no me gusta es no poder quedarme mas tiempo.
