No dinning hall for breakfast, served only in the room is bit old style..

Right on the beach. In walking distance to multiple restaurants and the aquarium.

La ubicación, la habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda con una terraza muy agradable y vistas espectaculares. Te suben el desayuno a la habitación.

Que tenía bañera y el parking del hotel era carísimo.

Location and View

I do not eat meat and eggs. There was very less options for vegetarians. Just fruit. They should include a few more variety or get the guest's preference beforehand.

Location was awesome , walkable distance to a lot of places Staff were helpful, cordial and accommodating

Customers service . We booked our room through booking.com with suite/ sofa bed . Arriving there they said they are fully booked and we have only 1 room available and no sofa bed and I need to call booking .com. So they said they can’t help me and I was worried where to take my kids . So when I called booking .com customer service they were very helpful and talked to the receptionist at Monterey bay Inn . They apologized to me and my room was ready with sofa bed . I didn’t understand I paid for suite but they were giving me standard room and they were fully booked and suddenly after the call my room was available.
