InTown Suites Extended Stay Marietta GA - Town Center

I only stayed for the night. I had to keep going to the front desk because my room keys wouldn't work. After we finally got them working I viewed the room before being my stuff in. The ceiling was peeling, but the room was clean. They do have a serious gnat problem! You will have to bring your own pots and utensils if you plan on cooking. I also had to pull the door up so it would close properly, hectic! The staff was extremely nice. I would recommend this hotel, but only for a couple nights. Do not stay in 336! The room smelt weird also, nothing a little spray couldn't handle.

I live in Atlanta and this hotel is a clean hotel compared to the ones I have chosen in the Atlanta area but I did love the atmosphere and a nice wash area

Now I'm not one to usually complain, but enough is enough. This has been the worse experience ever. My family and I relocated from Va to GA and this was the place we decided to stay until we found a home. The management, housekeeping and maintenance sucks. We've had recurring problems and changed rooms 4 times since our month stay here. The first room the ac went out and the bathroom light stopped working. We were told for a week straight that someone was coming to fix the issues. (No one ever came until we went to the office and didn't leave until someone came to check the issues). 2nd room roaches started attacking the first few minutes in the room. 3rd room there was mold in the ac and the roaches and fleas were crazy. So now the 4th room is ok besides of course roaches (not as many as any other room). To top everything off when our issues weren't addressed we asked for corporate number, and everyone said there is no corporate number. So I guess I'm retarded because trust and believe if you don't own it there is a corporate number. I could go on and on about the issues and some of the people here but just know this is not the place to stay with family. I don't even like pets but I wouldn't even let a dog or cat stay here!!!!!!!!!!!! Real talk.

Unfortunately we are still here, it was okay when it was crest wood suites, it has changed to in town suites and is going down hill fast...let's start with the bugs, they are everywhere. Every time they spray it seems to get worse... then the technology fee that they ate now charging... first off they notified no one, then they say its for the WiFi, that is extremely slow, the phones that hardly work, and the priveledge of paying by credit card... they will not give you a new key, I HV been told they can not is corporate... went to renew my keys and the office was closed and locked. You can hear people in the back office talking... The office is now only opened from 9 to 9 Mon to sat.. it was 1 pm sat afternoon.. if you need anything on Sunday, you are just out of luck... the problem with these places is that it is extremely hard to save anything, the reason we are still here

Aweful chemical odor.

We stayed for 2 weeks (2015). Room was reasonably clean and although the website states kitchen has equipment we only found 1 mug.(staff said "we do not supply any" We had to take a trip to Walmart for a pot,frying pan,cups and cutlery. We had clean sheets only once during our stay and had to take out our own trash. I didn't really mind there was a laundry within the hotel so I just washed them while I did my other washing. Staff were friendly and polite. There were a few "visitors" (counted 22) in our room during our stay but once we had a can of bug spray they were easily dispatched. Would come back as it was close to where we wanted to be and the positives outweighed the negatives overall.

I would never refer this place to anyone, I checked in on Monday and checked out on Tuesday!

When I arrived they had several people listed in their computer for my room. They took care of that. When I got into the room it was fine the first night, though they had to get towels, tissues, and toilet paper and empty the garbage cans. About 2 in the morning I woke up with bugs in the room. Not an infestation, but noticeable. I lived in Georgia and know that bugs are a fact of life, however when I told the staff about it in the morning, when I came back there were more. They had no other rooms to put me in. The Exercise Equipment was not only out of date, but most of it was not working. They never cleaned my room in the few days I stayed there and I constantly had to ask for fresh towels and for toilet paper. I also had to ask several times to get someone about the bugs. I eventually went to Walmart and purchased bug spray and the last night there were no problems finally. Also note that two nights they had police there to escort different residents out with handcuffs, though I never felt un-safe, it still was disturbing. I would recommend not using this facility.
