Staff is rude and no housekeeping

No house keeping and you have people sleeping in Thebes lobby

I knew that this was not a great hotel, however I was on a budget, travel a lot this year and have a more scheduled trips this year. This was not planned so I was looking to cut corners. The biggest problem is that the place was just filty. I had to go out and buy cleaning products before I could stay in the room. The location was great, it is located near everything. I ended up getting a better hotel.

Service...no house keeping for the week.of my stay!!

The whole motel was nasty it took 2 days to clean up the room we could not even get clean towels we was told they could not do laundry exchange due to people taking them. Internet and cable was out 80% of the time .

I stay to myself in my room when I am there... hallway nasty, front quarters nasty, no housekeeping, and no maintence.

tried to get extra towel and pillow. Was told since it was a extended stay people steal things and there budget would not let them re supply therefore I could not have what I needed.

Stanky, dirty, stained carpet and upholstery, duct taped windows.

When I arrived bed at 4:00 in the afternoon no one was there to check me in. There were several other people waiting in the entrance area as well.

May need to bring towels too...along with soap and shampoo. Place has been abused and neglected. It was filthy, and no personnel to maintain the place. Sad. It was as though a case of sodas had exploded in my room, and no one ever cleaned it up.
