The bed was very comfortable and warm. The food is delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like being in the room next to the lift. We could hear it go up and down, and the doors opening and shutting.

The location is great. The food at the restaurant was great. Lots of flavour and generous serves.

The staff seem a bit disconnected and not overly enthusiastic. The bathrooms seems to be a lets do a half renovation but not finish it off properly.
