"Towels were awful, great breakfast"

Breakfast and the bed

Charge for bottled water. The towels were stained brown and torn. The shower was mediocre and basic. The bathroom door didn’t latch shut

Location.

Stayed here a couple times and it is very nice and affordable. I tried to look past some things but man our room was dirty. Hair on the bed and shower. No tp in the room. Floors were dirty. Just an uneasy experience. Stay at the Wyndham next door. More money but way more at ease

"I’d say a 7 or so."

It was clean and the room was nice and easy to get to.

Well, there were three things. When I called for assistance prior to my stay the front desk agent was on the third floor and put me on hold to get back to front desk. It was taking a while, so I hung up and called back, and was put on hold again while she helped another customer. Then finally called me back. The room was very warm so I put fan on cool high, and it was not blowing cold air but room temp. Finally tried I guess what was AC and that wasn’t working very quickly or well. Third, my toilet clogged on the morning of departure and I could not use it.

"We were too tired and it was after midnight, so we stayed, even though the room was rather warm."

The beds were nice, but very high off the floor.

The room had a musty smell. The air conditioner was unbearably stinky and moldy smelling, plus it squeaked constantly, so we couldn't use it. Snacks were available, at the entrance, for double the price of vending machines, but front desk made no mention of it ($8 for 2 snacks). When directed to the drink machine...it would not accept a credit card OR dollar bills.
