Pool and location

The room with the ice machine was gross and ice machines only worked sometimes. Our bathroom was gross. Saw a couple different bugs and there were holes in the walls in the shower. Asked for joining rooms, even moved upstairs for these joining rooms, to find out they don't have joining rooms. Found that out after going back to reception 🤷‍♀️ and breakfast was great either

"It was good for the most part. We mainly just slept there."

The Bed was comfy. The coffee was great!

The bath tub was gross and didn’t drain properly. More variety at breakfast. Not one peice of fruit anywhere!

Room smelled horrible. It was mixture of smoke so thick my lungs hurt and a fish smell in the restroom. Rooms were to big for the small AC units. Shady people everywhere and some were smoking pot. My daughter found a bug on her bad. Made report to the front office and said they had no vacancies yet the parking lot was empty. Left at midnight and went to courtyard across the expressway. 100% better

Didn’t go to eat

Well my husband is in a wheelchair the bathroom don’t have a bench in it so he can’t take a bath. The bed didn’t have a bar to get in and out of bed

No aseando habitación, no cambian blancos, no cambio de toallas, no recarga de café. Le falta mayor higiene y presentación al hotel, no personal que hablen español
