Room layout , proximity to ski , recent upgrades

Valet personnel isn’t friendly. Very strange rules for luggage storage

A very large room. A large bathroom. The room is very clean. The room has a mini kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine). There is a sauna and a Turkish steam room on the 6th floor (open until 10 p.m.). The hotel is located right next to the slope.

There was no information in the room about where the sauna or swimming pool is located. There is a phone in the room, but there is no number to call the administrator.

5 mins walk to Heavenly ski

The air conditioner was too loud, and there were no breakfast options at the hotel.

Great location to ski in heavenly! Very nice updated rooms!

Perfect location for skiing. The ski lift is just a 5-minute walk away, and we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived. It’s easy to ski for a couple of hours, pop back to the room for tea to warm up and give your legs a break, then return to the slopes. A cozy, clean sauna, and it’s okay to add water to the stones for extra steam. Lots of clean towels. A decent-sized refrigerator (not the tiny hotel mini-fridge) — everything fit.

The sliding doors don’t close flush, so you can hear a lot from outside/other rooms. Beds were great, but the pillows were pretty bad. The coffee in the room is awful—if you’re picky about coffee, definitely bring your own. Only plastic dishware, and the plates get rough after microwaving (especially where the food sits). We recommend bringing your own if you plan to use the microwave.
