All good

There is no shower or changing room near the pool or the sauna, which is very inconvenient. The pool is cold, and the jacuzzi is weak. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room, and the floors are cold. Otherwise, everything is great.

"Best location for California Lodge Skiing"

Excellent location for skiing on the California side of Heavenly; you can’t stay any closer. I particularly appreciated the free valet service, which kept our car snow-free and ready to go from 6am to midnight. Clark at the front desk and Mitz in the valet were great.

The room only includes a microwave for cooking. If there was a hot water heater or a hot plate, it would help offset the fact that there is no hotel breakfast and no restaurants within walking distance.
