Location of property was good

This hotel was disgusting!!! I was given a room that still had dirty towels on the floor and the bed looked like someone just crawled out of it. The staff moved us to a different room where we found pet hair and human hair covering the sheets and pillows. There was a sticky substance on the wall and outlet. The room had obviously not been cleaned. Never again!!
