Super 8 by Wyndham Baytown / I-10

Free breakfast, pool, AC works well. Room doors have direct access outside. Pet friendly. Hotel staff are nice. Easy parking.

The staff was friendly! Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Noisy area by the freeway, but the rooms were soundproof.

The bed was great!! But that's the only thing. We found roaches in our room. Also there's black mold in the bathroom. The wall in the shower is Boeing in really bad. I pulled out the air conditioner filter and it was completely covered so it hasn't been cleaned and I don't know how long. That is completely uncalled for and nasty.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality at this Super 8. We’ve had bad experiences at other Super 8’s in the past. We were very grateful for the quality stay at an affordable price.

The property manager was rude. They don’t have towels available until the cleaning crew arrives the next day, so you can’t take multiple showers unless you bring your own towels. My room smelled like feet.

Roaches, dirty room, uncomfortable old bed and chair. I felt like I needed to wrap myself up in protective suit just to sit in the room. It was by far the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in…and I have stayed in a lot of rooms in my life

Looks great on the outside but be prepared for the awful smell inside the rooms. We walked in and were immediately greeted with this horrible smell. We still don’t know what the smell was, but both me and my husband were gagging.

Microwave was broken. Sheets were with stains and specks of unknown yellowish dry substances. The whole place smelled like weeds. Unable to get more clean towels. When asked about breakfast, the answer we received was "she didn't come today".

Everything was perfect, and loved that they have parking for 18 wheelers. My husband is a trucker and we had a trailer with us and we were worried we wouldn't have space to park and come to find out we had plenty of space. Not only that, they have specials for CDL drivers. We highly recommend and the staff was really nice, he was even joking with us. Its also close to the main truck stops like Loves, and TA.
