"No hot water."

There was no hot water for showers the last 2 days of my stay. They did very little to insure the problem was repaired. Not one person offed to come to my room and see it for themselves. They blew it off.

"Doesnt worth the money!"

Extremely old and not well maintained hotel. It doesnt seen clean at all. Terrible shower. Staff at the lobby couldnt speak english! The check in at 5pm!!! But check out at 10am. How fair is that?? I would not stay again and i would not recommend.

Was in town for a running event. The hotel employee Eugenia was instrumental in helping me prepare. She went out of her way, above and beyond, to ease my worry on multiple fronts. Wonderful stay, very accommodating

Staff are extremely nice and helpful. However, this is a classic European older hotel and hasn’t been updated in decades. Rooms are sizable and mine had a view, but this is not necessarily a nice room.
