I booked a studio. (which looked completely different then the nice one on the website) I stayed for 33 nights and after 3 nights I wanted to move out, but they have a no refund policy, so I couldn't. This hotel is ok for 1-2 nights, but anything longer is a definite no no. Also I'm talking about the part of the hotel where the studios are, couldn't comment on the other part of the hotel. The internal noise insulation from studio to studio is extremely bad. I got woken up so many times by the person next door it was not funny anymore. Where the studios are located feels extremely isolated. I actually felt very vulnerable, maybe my age and being female has something to do with that. A long walk to the lift which brings you to another level, another long walk to another lift which finally brings you to the lobby. It does not encourage you to go and take part and socialise with other guest, so it's a pretty lonely stay. The bistro setting on the balcony was so dirty I had to put a garbage bag on the chair to sit down. Also the weeds would tell you how neglected it actually is. I couldn't use the sun umbrella because the base is so heavy that I couldn't move it to a spot where I could have opened it. Cleanness is a hit and miss. For short stay it'll be fine, for long stay not so much. Bed was very comfortable and you can get a good night sleep if next door is not waking you up. Best part by a very long shot is the staff at the front desk. If I could only rate them, it would be a 5/5.

De heerlijke bedden en de regendouche waren perfect. De kamer was mooi ruim had alleen wel een deur gemogen tussen de kamer en het halletje. Verder ontbrak de sleutel van de badkamer wat vervelend was omdat we met 3 volwassenen waren met behoefte aan privacy.

De deur die er niet was en de sleutel die ik miste.

After traveling around Switzerland for about a week and a holf, my husband and I stayed at the Allegra Lodge on the last evening of our amazing trip! For anyone needing a stay close to the airport, you cannot go wrong with the Allegra Lodge. This hotel was the most comfortable of all our accomodations during our stay, the room was impeccably clean and well decorated, there were even outlets that worked for us without adapters (we are from the US).

とても綺麗な大きなホテル。ロビーでのコーヒーサービスがあってとても良かったです。 バスルームもとても素敵でした。収納が沢山有りました。

ダブルベットと2段ベットの部屋があるタイプの部屋でしたが、2段ベットの方には扉が有りましたが、ダブルベットの方には扉が無く、入り口付近にあるエアコンなのか、何か機械の音が気になりました。2段ベットの部屋は、扉を閉めれば全く気にならない様でした。あとは、線路の隣なので、電車の音ですね。ま、疲れていたので寝れましたが。
