Super 8 by Wyndham Clarksville AR

Checked in at 2 and seen the sign that said 3. We informed the front desk what the website said and he replied “it’s 3pm everywhere”. We grabbed the key from him and went to our room. He didn’t not give us any direction on where our room would be. So immediately walking in, you are hit with a very strong smoke odor. we put everything down and began to check the room. The room was clean for the most part. Fly on ac, bee on the ground, hair in pillow cases, stains on the bedding. It was the old itchy blankets that was provided with burn marks in the bed. Thankfully we seen no signs of active bed bugs. Brown stains on the pillow cases, refrigerator didn’t work, only two pillows. The curtains never shut the whole way. After about an hour I began to feel sick and called the front desk and asked if I could be switched to another room that didn’t have a strong odor. He told me no cause that’s what I reserved. I picked & packed everything up, turned in my key and sat outside for my ride. I had the room reserved as a Mother’s Day gift to myself and it was absolutely horrible. I was barely there an hour. Definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The only thing I did not like was there was no one at the front desk when I wanted to check out at 545 am. There were several wanting to check out and it was all locked up and no way to get receipts or anything

Nice stay no complaints, friendly staff, clean room

I liked how easy it was to talk to the staff. Check in was easy, extending my stay was easy, and finding the property was easy. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the amenities were stellar. I didn't like the upkeep of the building. The faucet of the shower leaked. The door didn't seal, causing outside sound, odor, and humidity to come into the room. The bed was also very squeaky.

Very supportive and accommodating Staff. Housekeeping was very attentive!

Room appeared to not have been fully refurbished in many many years. Bathroom would not latch closed at the striker.

Decent room for the price. Could be a little bit more clean and updated.

Stopped in for the night while doing some cross country traveling. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were great. I’ll definitely visit again if I’m back in the area!

Terrible service, won’t be wasting my money here anymore! I’d rather stay in nearby and drive 20 min to work everyday. And I guess having upgrades for rooms in your Wyndham rewards is a joke because they don’t wanna give out to you because they are saving the rooms on the bottom floor for disabled people but if you pay extra they will give you one!! I am disabled but they still wanted me to pay extra so they put me upstairs because 1. That’s bull and 2. Why am I booking everything through Wyndham if the hotels aren’t gonna honor the membership levels. I usually stay weeks at a time for work and they never clean your room. Or change out your towels I weld everyday so I’m usually pretty dirty so you end up having to reuse really dirty towels if you don’t have your own like me. Trash ends up overflowing into the floor. Owners can be really rude at times
