"The worst hotel ever"

Nothing, not a thing was good about this place! The room was outdated and gross. Management was absolutely terrible

Terrible service by I’m assuming the manager? We didn’t end up needing the 2nd night, our event was shorter than we expected. Went to counter, he said there would be a fee, okay, that’s fine, then turns around and tells Booking Agent that he’s refusing the cancellation and that he never told us about a fee.. straight up lied. Dude just wanted the money. We cut our loss and went on our way

"Rooms are more cleaner and the value is better"

The only reason why I am giving this statement is because they have up there game in this hotel experience. I have stayed at this hotel in the past about three years ago. The cleanest of the hotel in the rooms was very very low. I have started going back because their rooms are cleaner and their prices are more affordable than the hotel next door... as long as they are doing what they are doing and keeping the rooms clean and keeping good prices i will continue to stay... "Nice little place for a family vacation."

Everything was nice the people the house keeping and the greeting staff.

The location was okay. Like it was more in the city than I would have liked, but on a plus it was right beside a great pasta place.

I came with my nine month old son and the four pillows they had were AMAZING for us both. The lady at the front desk was beyond amazing and so kind. The breakfast is not too good but everything else makes up for it. Very quiet, no loud chaos in the halls, perfect for a getaway for peace.
