USThe room was clean and neat.
We stayed three nights and never had any maid service, including changing towels, making the bed, emptying the trash, etc. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast at the Super 8, simply a coffee pot and a few packages of cookies. We went out to a nearby breakfast restaurant. The mattress was probably nice and firm long ago, but somewhat saggy for our stay.
I want a refund is all I can say. We only stayed an hour and left because of bugs. I want my money back.
The rooms were clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Very helpful as food choices in the town are limited. Do-not-disturb request was respected. Would stay there again.

Bathrooms too small.
USA little better than average hotel stay. Nothing wrong and everything worked as it should. Breakfast is very light (oatmeal, coffee and tea), but this is off season, and very few of the rooms had occupants. This is most likely the most modern hotel in town.
The room that was booked (2 bed wheelchair accessible)was NOT wheelchair accessible like the listing described. We couldnt get the wheelchair through the bathroom door. Went to the front desk as my grandpa (wheelchair bound) needed to use the bathroom and they opened up another room for him to just use the bathroom. They offered him a single bed wheelchair accessible room and said we could put a cot in the bathroom for a second bed! That is not a viable option or substitution. We asked if we could just get a refund (since the room wasnt wheelchair accessible as described) to find another hotel and the clerk offered to keep us in original room but would give access to the other rooms bathroom instead. Ridiculous!
