no shopping center nearby,,,area kind of worn down...cathouse too close by...the hotel was a little leary upon arrival,,,but the inside was safe...clean and comfortable....breakfast could improve...like orange juice was tang or that sunny delight crap...really...but for price and clealiness very good.....

Best hotel in this area, rooms clean, unprofessional. Would not stay there again

Check out is at 11, they should inform their housekeeping. She knocked on the door on 2 different occasions before 11. The second time she just walked in.

Did not like the area at all!!! There was no iron in the room but the staff treated us great. You get what you pay for I can say!!!

You can tell they’ve made recent renovations and are trying to improve the quality of the hotel. But our shower had a knob broken off and when we called the front desk we were informed how to jimmy the knob to get the handheld sprayer turned on. There was an odd stain on the comforter (which I didn’t even hold against them in the review) and the continental breakfast had very few options at all, no options for myself having to be gluten free. They didn’t even have real coffee out when we went down 40 mins before breakfast ended, only decaf, and the front desk attendant was no where to be found. I’d be more understanding if I had chosen one of the $50 a night hotel, but this was disappointing considering I was paying $90 a night.

The front desk staff was helpful. The hotel was clean. The only complaint I have is the “breakfast” was literally a box of muffins with some black coffee lol. Not the worst though, considering the price and cleanliness of the hotel. 😁

If you are looking for a nice, clean and professional hotel in the Memphis area look no further. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We definitely will be back!

The quality of the room was perfect, but the staffing and management was completely horrible. The manager accused us of smoking in the room, by barging in while we were indecent. After letting him search the room, just to realize the aroma of smoke wasnt coming from our room, he left abruptly without apologizing. It took hours for simple requests such as towels or an iron.

Upon check-in, they didn't even have my reservation in which I showed them three emails/confirmations from the hotel. Hotel name had changed a year ago and they had no good explanation as to why they didn't have reservation. Also, the pics online were VERY misleading. I had to get sheets changed because they were DIRTY. To make matters worse, they could not have been more rude.

Staff was very friendly and the room was really nice. I really liked that it was smoke free
