Location

The fact that I reserved a king size room and got a full size bed with no accommodation for the mess up. The hotel blames the booking site but my confirmation clearly states that it’s a king size smoking room. No accountability whatsoever and this was the worst sleep I’ve had ever!!!!!

I do like that the manager was friendly and responsive. We had an issue with a broken TV, that kept breaking, and he would be down to the room within minutes to fix it. Any problem he was willing to help and friendly as he does. Very close to Fort Sill, food places and shopping. We did not see any bugs in any of the 3 rooms. The beds were very comfortable in all 3 rooms.

The location was very close to Fort Sill, 3 min drive away, which is why we were there, but I don't know if it was the good or bad side of town. I say this because we didn't see too many iffy people around, but there were a few. But they kept to themselves and no one bothered us. The rooms aren't bad but not all are updated. We had 3, 1 looked like it had been redone, but the other 2 looked older. 1 of the non smoking had a strong cigarette smoke smell but the other 2 (1 smoking and 1 non) did not. This is not one of your new plush hotels but it's not on the bottom either.
