I cannot say enough good things about this property. The staff was absolutely amazing & our trip was a memorable one. I would 110% stay here again when/if I’m ever in the area. My daughter LOVED the indoor waterpark so much so that we extended our stay by one night. The staff was SO helpful getting that all changed for us, as we booked one night through booking.com & the other night directly through them. They made the experience as seamless as possible. This was probably our favorite hotel during our 10 day trip from Maine to KY & back. I’ve always wanted to stay in a Margaritaville Hotel, but they’ve always been a little pricey. This one made the stay absolutely wonderful with a small price tag. I hope we’re back in the area one of these days so that we can stay here again! Highly, highly, highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were unable to use the courtyard because of a private party. There was no outside bar. The music was atrocious. It was not reflective of Jimmy Buffet at all and I did not find it to be very fun.

I like how clean the facility is. Everything is close by.

The only complaint I have is the balcony wasn't clean i called to send someone to clean it ,They never did until I left.

We had a great stay. Staff was awesome, rooms were clean, restaurant was great. The kids loved the pools.

The only thing we didn't really like what the breakfast buffet in the morning. Everything was hard and ice cold.
