"Very poor customer service!!! Hands down a -3."

Not alot, I paid $100 for a room that was worth no more than $50 at best. We got there turned the ac on, took a shower and left for dinner. Due to an unsuspected unfortunate turn of events we were not able to get back to the room until a little after 6am. When I walked in the room the heat about knocked me over. The ac had either quit working or never worked in the first place and when I called the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do until after 9am when the manager got there. I had to sit in the sweltering room until then. 9am came around and I was again told there was nothing she could do. I told her to call the owner and tell him I wanted a new room and a free night or a refund for that night. The owner said No on all accounts. I couldn't have a new room because it was so close to checkout time and I wasn't getting a refund because I want in the room long enough to have suffered due to the heat. Worst customer service ever.
