When booking more than 5 rooms, or booking for more than 5 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply Guide dogs are welcome at the hotel. Our Off The Bone Gastro Pub is open daily from 12pm to 9.30pm. Lunch from 12-3pm, A La Carte menu from 3pm to 9.30pm. The Curry House is open daily from 3pm-9pm. Room service is available from 3pm to 9pm daily, tray charge will apply. A pre-authorization of your credit card for the full amount of your stay will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. For debit cards, the card will be charged the full amount of your stay after 14:00 on day of arrival. If a card declines the hotel will contact the guest to ensure they are arriving and get alternative card details. Please note that a valid photo ID and a {credit/debit/banking} card corresponding to the name on the booking are required {at check-in}. {A copy of an ID will not be accepted.} Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Please ask about bed bugs and toilet drains before finalizing. Avoid room 205. :)"

We stayed in Room 205 at South Court Hotel as a family. Overall, our experience was mixed. The main concern was that we found what appeared to be bed bugs, and our children developed itching after the stay. We also noticed that the carpet in the room did not seem to be in the best condition, and the toilet drain was not flushing properly. That said, I don’t believe these issues necessarily reflect the entire hotel, and they may have been specific to this particular room. The staff were pleasant, and I hope the hotel investigates and addresses these concerns so future guests have a better experience.

"Useful stopover, Curry house and Gastro pub on site"

Functional hotel on the edge of the city of Limerick so useful for a stop over. Good, free parking, but no outdoor space to enjoy. We drove easily into the city to look at King John's castle (in the rain!) In less than 20 minutes.

The exemplary service offered to me and my family is commendable. It is the warm disposition of the staff that makes the hotel so special. We had a wonderful holiday and I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends who will be visiting Ireland. PS. A special shout of praise to Mr. Stefan who was very helpful at the Front Office Desk.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! From the moment we entered to the end of our trip, we were taken care off with patience, love and respect. Every single staff member proved to be of the highest competency. Their warm demeanour and professionalism warrants a trip back to Limerick
