Hôtel 4 étoiles qui mériterait un rafraîchissement, j’ai eu une chambre pmr…pas très agréable de se doucher et de mettre de l’eau partout et surtout ressortir de la douche en ayant froid car pas de paroi vitrée … Bref je ne reviendrai pas c’est sur …j’ai connu de bien meilleurs Best western plus …

Excellent accueil et attention du personnel. Le chauffage central fonctionnait moyennement mais heureusement qu'un chauffage d'appoint avait ete ajouté. Chambre familiale tres spacieuse et confortable.

Très bon séjour, la chambre était très spacieuse et chaleureuse pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Hôtel bien situé à proximité de Lyon. Seul remarque : le manque de lumière dans la chambre qui est éclairée seulement par les lampes de chevet…

Hotel très bien placé près de Lyon et accès direct en sortie autoroutière. Propre, accueil parfait. Seul bémol, la chambre donnée est celle du public à mobilité réduite et se trouve face à la porte accès aux escaliers; grincement strident et quasi permanent de 18H30 à 22H30... L'hôtel ne me semblait pas plein... Le night ne semble pas avoir porté d'intérêt à ma remarque (en avait'il les moyens?)
