Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit

The property is calm and beautiful, nice landscaping, and architecture. But the best is the surrounding views of mountains in every direction!

Everything was good..only thing is maybe not having room service..unless you stay more than 5 days?..room service should be daily…every morning

Loved the space - tucked into the trees. Loved the adult only pool.

Just a little expensive for one night. Would have been better for a longer stay. Had a toilet issue.

Loved the kitchenette, sitting area, personal patio and everything about the property! In a beautiful location with lovely grounds. Enjoyed relaxing in the hammock area.

There was some loose cement on the stairs going down to our room.

We’re staying in until 261A. We just checked in this afternoon (May 30, 2026). Checking in was fun but they REQUIRE you to attend a 90 minute sales pitch meeting about some kind of timeshare or vacation club type thing. If you DON’T ; you forfeit about $200 in service fees!! I call BullS^*%!! 😡 we’re going to attend but ONLY to get our money back! I’m Retired Military so we booked our stay through ARMED FORCES VACATION CLUB. This is the first time we’ve run into this issue and the other times we’ve booked through AFVC we were in places that were through Wyndham resorts. Which honestly were MUCH nicer! On the positive note we were given an upgrade just for the asking of a room with a Mountain View and the check in people were a complete pleasure to deal with and we really enjoyed the experience! (Despite the sales pitch requirement) Also they were very helpful in recommending some restaurants and other area attractions so they are a good resource for what to do in the area! The furniture is definitely in need of some upgrades! Most of it looks like it came from a thrift store! The TV is not able to connect to the internet so any streaming services will NOT be available 😡. I called the front desk and asked about it and they said they have over 200 movies on DVD available for check out and they would be happy to provide us a dvd player. I couldn’t believe it! This is 2026! Not 1996🤣. Since we’ve only been here a few hours I can’t really say much more. The pool is right across from us and looks great and the view from our balcony is AMAZING!🤩 😍🙀. We’re excited to check out the area and see the Grand Canyon at sunset (we took the sunset tour for this coming Wednesday) and a few other tours we booked. Before I end this review; I have to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the drive from Sedona to Flagstaff on Hwy 89A! It’s jaw dropping gorgeous!!! I’m Sure we’ll enjoy our time here! And if you choose to come here I think you will too! Just don’t expect a 5 star resort! It’s nice! Don’t get me wrong. But it definitely needs some updating!!
