RSThe breakfast was good for a three-star hotel; the selection was acceptable and there was some variety, although we did not expect too much anyway. The staff have limited English communication skills. Additionally, we were asked to pay again for taxes and breakfast that we had already paid for through Booking.com, so we were effectively overcharged—likely due to the platform, which seems to use different ways to apply hidden extra costs. As for the hotel itself, the rooms lack proper ventilation, and the windows cannot be opened at all, resulting in very poor air circulation and an extremely stuffy atmosphere. Regarding the location, a car is necessary, as the hotel is situated in an industrial area.
The ventilation and cleanliness could be improved, as they are not at a particularly high level.
