Quality Inn Port Angeles - near Olympic National Park

Not fancy but fine - comfortable beds, quiet, decent breakfast. Good location in town, but note there is a steep rise from downtown shopping streets.

Go for the great location in town next to harbor, shopping, food. I would suggest keeping valuables out of sight in cars, there is some unhoused people nearby, but they were not disruptive. This was the most 90s hotel of our trip, esp on the outside, but the room was a great size, smelled clean (but not like cleaner) and the beds and linens were in good shape. You can tell they allow pets because the chair and ottomans had fur on them. Bathroom was ok, not very updated, but shower head was good and warm water. Breakfast was better than usual for a quality inn and I got a nice snack bag at check in for having rewards with the brand. Staff was helpful, looked up some hours for us and kept breakfast stocked. Of all places I looked at in Port Angeles, this was a solid choice, our windows even overlooked the bay and mountains. As long as you know going in that is is an older style motel with doors that open to the outside, the rooms are all you need for a trip to olympic.

The location was great to downtown (easy walk down the stairs and honestly to all the trails that we were doing at Olympic National Park. We picked this hotel because it had continental breakfast. Definitely would stay here again. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it was what we needed. Good price for what we were looking for.
