La estadia en el hotel no fue buena. Habiamos réservado dos habitaciones por tres noches. Nuestro vuelo fue cancelado y llegamos un dia después. Quisimos cambiar la reserva en el hotel y no aceptaron porque no era una reserva directa, sino a través de Booking. Nos dijeron que teniamos que hacer el reclamo en Booking. También quisimos anular la reserva y hacer otra en Booking, porque detectamos que las tarifas habian bajado. Tampoco aceptaron eso en el hotel y nos dijeron que nos dirijamos a Booking. Por ultimo, finalmente estuvimos un solo dia y nuestra habitación no fue limpiada. Cuando fuimos a reclamar, nos dijeron que lo sentian, porque ya no habia personal de limpieza. Muy mala experiencia.

Average quality, over priced.

No hot water 2 out of 3 mornings. Wasn't aware, when booking, that they charge for parking, in a non monitored, open lot.

Decent staff

Way over priced over $500 for a bed for a night is insane should have a Jacuzzi or something.

The breakfast was the downsize. It wasn’t to my satisfaction, for the price it wasn’t worth it. I’ve been to several hotels the breakfast was excellent and included with your accommodations. I couldn’t eat any of the food it was terrible. Sorry, my opinion.

Sausage, breakfast quesadillas, eggs and bacon was greasy and I notice other hotel guests did not care for the meal for the price. I don’t mind paying for breakfast but when its terrible I can’t return next day breakfast.

Close to childrens Mercy

No hot water. Called front desk at least 4 times. Maintenance never showed up. We were running late for our appointment and after two hours and nothing from maintenance, they finally said we could go to another room and shower. Also the AC unit didn’t work well. Bathroom floor was gross. Guy serving breakfast was rude and was talking in his hands free phone piece even while assisting us.

Very comfortable bed. Large shower with all the soaps, etc. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
