The room was clean and nice. The property is torn up. All of the first floor is being remodeled. All of the doors around the property are not working so you can only go into the hotel from the front door. Parking is very limited. There are a lot of shipping containers in the parking lot taking up parking spaces. No continental breakfast. Overall for the price of the stay I would pass on the property the next time I am in town.

I would go here anytime if in the area. Staff very friendly. I also had to change my trip 2 times and they’ve agreed to waive my fees. They were great. Room clean, spacious and bed comfortable.

The manager on duty was so accommodating! I was there with my son’s basketball team and since their laundry machine was down she volunteered to wash their uniforms using the housekeeping machines.

My husband and I love this hotel in KC when we visit friends. We have stayed there more than once over the last couple years. Rooms are always clean, the caulking in the bathroom is never dingy or moldy. If you travel or regularly book rooms you know what I mean. Price is always worth it. Service is always friendly. Beds are comfy. We will continue to use this hotel when we go to KC. And conveniently located.

Though the property is undergoing renovation, it’s nearly finished and it really didn’t get in our way. The professionals that run the front desk are excellent. Very pleasant, very accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit behind because of a baseball team, which seems to be the case every weekend in Overland Park. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. If there were one thing, I would suggest, it’s to get nicer quality bed linens. They were rough and thick. Looks like the renovation furniture has not yet been installed. Nice property with easy access to everything in the area. We will be staying here on our next trip through Kansas City.
