The pool was cold that’s it… Kinda sucked with kids that wanted to swim and plans to swim and couldn’t because it was so cold of water.. but everything ilelse was perfect

I have recently converted to IHG properties from the Hilton Group. I have found that IHG properties are cleaner and better maintained, generally speaking. I went from being a current Diamond member with HH to a lowly Club member with IHG, but honestly, I don't see a difference in service at all. This property is clean, comfortable and they are attentive with their service. I was better than expected, and greatly appreciated.
