"Comfortable and clean. But they need to check to make sure nobody is in the room before they knock and wake people up."

Clean

People knocking on the door in the morning I’m waking us up. Somebody knocked on the door at 4:30 in the morning. Don’t know who that was. In housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30. I answered it and again at 9 o’clock. When I asked the staff about it, they told me there was nobody there at 8:30 and they wouldn’t be knocking on the door. I’m so said they didn’t knocked at 9 o’clock. The lady downstairs told me there was nobody from housekeeping there at that time. But the other girl said there was a lady there at 8:30. And I know for a fact there was. Because I seen her at the door both times.
