Broadway Inn & Suites OKC

The room was really nice. The gentleman that checked me in was nice and courteous. The next morning my friend went down to get breakfast there was no place to set so she was going to bring it to the room and some employee jumped on her and started chewing her ass about taking the food to the room, when one lady had just went on the elevator with hers and another was fixing to. For some reason that asshat decided to keep our 50 deposit and thats not going to fly. He wasnt there when i checked out but the fella that was said it would return to my card, which it has not. My attorney is considering our options on the verbal assault. But im pissed. Ill be back in okc soon and i plan on a meeting with ol asshat

Mold in the room, girls getting picked up and dropped off. Whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes. 50 dollar cash deposit. 20 dollar hourly late fee for checkout. When checking out receptionist dissapears for 10 minutes before returning deposit.

The check-in experience was not fun. Bring cash for deposit, otherwise according to staff, it's gonna take 10 days to refund to your card. Front desk clerk treated me like I was dumb, I was tired and had been traveling all day. My room had roaches and my smoke alarm started beeping for a dead battery at 5 in the morning. Called down to the front desk 3 times with no answer and the clerk expected me to take care of it. Once the clerk came into my room, she disconnected my smoke alarm and said maintenance/housekeeping would deal with it later. The check-out process was also confusing as the clerk completely walked away in the process.

Absolutely terrible only picked it because of the pool that was advertised and it was closed ac was muggy bathroom lights flickering roach motel beware

This place is completely run down. The pictures are very deceiving. The carpet is taped together some areas, the doors and walls have scratches all over them like zombie apocalypse type thing. Base boards missing throughout the bldg. The stench of musky moldy rooms. Outside of the building has black streaks like it hasn’t been painted since it opened back in the 1900’s. The mattress is a cheap old grungy mattress. The hideaway bed and couch was awful and grimy. Me and my daughter checked in and left immediately. I told the clerk I would rather sleep in my truck. I told my wife about the experience and she said “if YOU left, then it had to be bad.” Yeah, it was horrible. No refund either.

Very deceptive when they advertise as broadway inn & suites but when you get there it is called "Hemp" hotel. They encourage cannibus use instead of tobacco.
