Broadway Inn & Suites OKC

This property need a update. Old furniture, outdated baths, carpet coming up, no breakfast, rooms could use a fresh coat of paint.

The room was not as nice as it seemed in the photos. Couch was broken. Bathroom light hanging and constantly flickering like a strobe light. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't exactly as clean as it could have been or should have been. Found previous occupants clothing and dresser drawer and the other dresser drawers were broken.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hemp Hotel! Loved that the lounge can not be heard from my room 🙏 Only thing that was expected but was not available is breakfast. Other than that, great stay.

Well I did not get the room in the pic,there was no breakfast tht was advertised at hotel,and there is a tile in bathroom tht was broke and I kept smacking my toe on

This place was perfect for our concert get away. Good price. We wished the bar had stayed open longer and our shower didn’t work, we only stayed one night. Other than that we would book again for the atmosphere.

Hotel required a $40 cash deposit to check in, would not accept any cards for incidentals. Once checked into the room found used needles on the ground. Room was not at all clean and when attempting to check out due to quality of room was denied refundable cash deposit and staff demanded additional fees and incidentals. After having to argue for a deposit refund was able to check out but front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Manager was not present or available during any of this and was also not available via phone after the fact. Will never stay here again and will absolutely be blacklisting this hotel

Loved my stay

The room smelled like mildew. The entire building needs things fixed (broken counters, holes in walls, paint job needed, carpet torn up, etc). When we checked in there were used tissues all over the couch in the lobby (which stayed there all night). I called for an extra blanket (on my personal phone because the in-room phone didn’t even work) and was told only housekeeping has a key to those types of items. Housekeeping is here from 8-6 or something like that, according to the front desk…. Seriously? No one has a key to these necessities until 8 am? That’s crazy in the hotel business.

Would stay here again
