Breakfast was amazing and the area was maintained well.

Traveled to see family and attend a wedding at a nearby church/reception at nearby resort. Hyatt was conveniently located for visiting national parks in Manassas and Great Falls, attending wedding in Chantilly, and enjoying easy to and from Dulles. It was a fraction of the cost of nearby resort hotels and had the added benefit of breakfast included. The room was spacious enough for a 4 day stay. Once I figured out the local highways, it was clear that that location was ideal for both Northern Virginia suburbia and a jaunt into the District. Front desk were cheerful and helpful with finding a local lap pool for this dedicated swimmer.

The location was good

We didn’t like the room , it didn’t look 100. % it looked a little run down with the fridge no microwave, stained sheets. The toilet didn’t want to flush will and the pressure in the shower wasnot good even with changing the modes. I didn’t like the breakfast options. And I’m not sure if it was housekeeping or other guest were doingit but doors kept being slammed at 730-8 am waking us up.
