It's wonderful to see how such a thoughtful amenity can transform a hotel stay! Creating a warm, inviting atmosphere with a simple addition like a hot chocolate station demonstrates great attention to guest experience, fostering a genuine sense of holiday cheer and community among visitors. The positive impact on guest interaction and overall satisfaction clearly makes a difference in creating a "home away from home" environment, especially during business trips.

Dirty rooms outdated. Small bathrooms. Visible mold in rooms. Visible dust. I stayed at a Hyatt in VA beach town center over the summer and had a good comfortable experience. I was expecting the same at this location but I did not get the same results. The staff was nice. The rooms drop ten ball. Old dirty small bathroom outdated needs work

The location is perfect for the Expo Center and Airport. Excellent parking and the room was modernized and clean. The room had two full-length mirrors, which were great.

There was no hot water in this hotel. The room was dirty. Staff not helpful or sympathetic. I went downstairs for a glass of club soda and they charged me $10.00 - I would like some recompense and to speak to someone of authority in this hotel management.
