Не понравилось то,что когда я резервировал номер ,то от Вас получил неправильный Код от входных дверей в отель. Мы продали минут 30-40 ,пока случайно заходил другой человек, то и мы зашли.Но были большие НЕРВЫ !!!Сейчас там код-1649.

The first room we have been was dirty, the carpet was full of stains and the bathroom old. The heating didn't work the stand lamp head no light bulb, the toilet flusher took over 25min to refill. By the first shower my partner took the tap mixer lever just fell down. After I complained we got another room that was a bit better but the bed was falling apart and the matress killed my back. So after 2 nights we just decided to leave and booked another Hotel. Best Western Comfort. Beside all of this the guests were very weird and were smoking all around including in the lift.
GBApart from a hot shower, absolutely nothing stands out as worth recommending.
Where to start? Despite all inconveniences (the lift didn't work, no one at the reception desk, lack of access to tea or coffee or kitchen) the worst part was the room itself, we were a family of 4, and we booked specifi room to accommodate us ( 1 double bed and two single beds )- roome w choose via Booking.com was not what we was given, nothing was workig correctly and was safe to use, lights, bedside tables, TV - nothig, room was filled with stinch that we will remember for long time. Beds are very uncomfortable, and the worst part was that we were able to hear all other guests throughout the entire night!
