"Clean, quiet place to stay with friendly staff"

We stayed overnight in Willits after riding the Skunk Train, and I'm glad that we chose this modest property. There was plenty of space for my kids in the clean, warm room and we got a good night's sleep before heading back the next morning. The kids ate well from the complimentary breakfast offerings - yogurt, cereal, and pancakes made from a neat pancake machine. We would stay here again.

"Cozy hotel"

Very good size room. Clean and comfortable. I especially like they put one table and two chairs in the room, makes my stay more convenient! Outdoor hot tub is a plus!

The quietness of the place and how clean it was. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The continental breakfast could be more complete. Also the heater in the room was very noisy that needs el be replaced with a quite one.

"Nice hotel, excellent service,"

We have stayed at this hotel for 50 years. It has been remodeled, extremely clear, and centrally located to downtown Willits. The hotel staff are very friendly and the service is great. The do allow dogs, which we did bring one small one with us this time. The cost for the dog per day is a little high, yet affordable. There isn't a convenient area to take your pet for their needs. It would be helpful to have a convenient animal relief area. The city's dog park is across town; inconvenient in the middle of the night. We would definitely recommend the Creekside in for a Willits stay.

"Quiet and very comfortable which is what we needed."

The staff was very helpful, friendly and considerate of our needs. Very much liked the courtyard and fountain. The bed was super. Will definitely stay again when needing a break on my way south

"Lovely room and property"

Very professional and excellent service at the front desk when we arrived. We were given a little treat bag for our traveling dog. What a special amenity that was. Our room was so clean and spacious in the bed was in incredibly comfortable. This was such a bang for the buck I couldn’t believe it.. After The complementarybreakfast the next morning, we were on our way from a restful night. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff went above and beyond accommodate us. Amazing communication, well kept grounds and clean room. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
