The hotel is well located, about 10 minutes from the central station. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The rooms are modern and clean, and for a 3-star hotel it is excellent compared to many others. The breakfast is good, with both sweet and savory options. Unfortunately, this is Zurich, so prices are always high, but with the right deal, the hotel is more than worth it.

The air conditioning and the bathroom ventilation were not working. Unfortunately, they did not provide us with water bottles every day. We received 2 bottles only for one day (the first day we arrived), while for the following 2 days we had to buy water outside. Nothing serious, but I was expecting at least water to be included

Room. Location. Friendly desk staff. Helpfulness of personnel.

We did not do breakfast at the hotel as the Swiss Franc is so strong againts the US $. But it looked good! Also, I prefer not to register in advnace. I tried but the system was a little confusing

Location in downtown area, not a far walk to train and bus station. Nice breakfast, friendly / helpfull staff, and very clean.

Make sure you request a room with AC, some do not have them, but they provide fans.
