Tudo muito bom, desde o atendimento até o café da manhã espetacular, o melhor que tive em 48 hotéis que fiquei nestes últimos 60 dias. Localização com garagem subterrânea até para as bikes. Silencioso e muito limpo. Pecou só na falta do ar condicionado, fez muito calor.

Faltou ar condicionado.

Staff were very pleasant. Hotel is clean and tidy. Location to centre is very good.

I've stayed here a few times and always enjoyed the trip. However on this occasion the temperature was very high. I was surprised to learn there was no air conditioning in my room and when I questioned it I was told my level of room, temperature is centralised and could not be changed and if I wanted better air conditioning I could upgrade. I've stayed in worse hotels where air conditioning was provided throughout so this was a real surprise that a good 4 star hotel did not provide it

On arrival at train station bus 30 13 mins get off at Reinering or something like that name When you get off look up to the right and you will see the hotel banner If coming from airport bus 50 change to bus 30 out front of train station Easy to get into the city on tram 14 just around the corner They run about every 10 mins

Niet speciaal, basic hotel met een toch wat hogere prijs daarvoor.

Het restaurant in het hotel, er was niemand om te eten, we begrijpen nu ook waarom. Prijzig en dramatische kwaliteit. Het ontbijt was wel goed en de koffie is er heerlijk!
