Great overnight staff. Clean, Safe, and welcoming environment. Love the friendly lady at the front desk.

The staff was very helpful, in particular Jeff. He helped me sort out a reservation with promptness and courtesy. The only two issues I had was that the refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled some food. Also the parking lot was quite small. I came for a big soccer tournament and the parking lot was packed every single evening which made parking difficult. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the staff was top notch

There was no internet connection our entire stay. We were told repeatedly it would be corrected in a few hours but it never happened. We originally booked through booking.com for $120 a night. Our son died and we had to stay an extra night and book through Hilton. We were charged $150 even though our son had just died. I don’t believe that is the way to treat a family who just lost their son

Had the sleep or do not disturb as sign on my door...however when I got to my room that evening..not only had it been serviced but some very personal ashes that where in a brown bag were gone due to housekeeping

Some exterior lighting needs to be placed at the dog walking area
